The Case of the Nutcracker Ballet, Megan Stine, 82 pages, February 2, 2011

I just finished reading The Case of the Nutcracker Ballet by Megan Stine.  I finished it on February 2, 2011 and it has 82 pages in it.  It's about these two twin sisters named Mary-Kate and Ashley who run their own detective agency.  They have to solve the case of their friends missing ballet slippers before the ballet recital the next night.  And even worse, now that Miranda can't find her lucky slippers, she's giving up her part as Clara to her understudy Becky!  Will Mary-Kate and Ashley be able to solve this mystery and get Miranda's part back?
I liked this book because it showed all the different possibilities of who could be the suspect that stole Miranda's slippers.  For example, even though Ariel seemed innocent, they still wrote her on the list because she had a good motive.
I would recommend this book to girls 6+.
