I just finished reading 117 pages out of the book Lily's Church Camp Adventure by Nancy Rue on April 17, 2011. It's about a girl names Lily who decides to spend two weeks at a Christian camp with her four best friends. But when Lily, Reni, Zooey, Suzy, and Kresha get to camp, they find out that they aren't in the same cabin! Now Lily is homesick and she doesn't know what to do. But with a little help from God, Lily learns the importance of friendship and Christianity.
My favorite character in this book was D.J., one of Lily's cabin mates. I liked her because she was enthusiastic. For example, when D.J. got to camp, she started jumping on the bed and talking non stop.
I would recommend this book to girls 9-13.
