Wait Till Helen Comes, Mary Downing Hahn, 184 pages, April 18, 2011

I just finished reading 184 pages out of the book Wait Till Helen Comes by Mary Downing Hahn on April 18, 2011.  It's about a girl named Molly who moves into a house that used to be a church with her brother, mom, stepdad, and stepsister.  Molly's stepsister, Heather, isn't very nice.  She always blamed everything on Molly and her brother Michael.  Now Heather is acting weird.  She's been talking to a ghost named Helen who lives in the graveyard behind the church/house.  Heather keeps telling Molly and Michael that Helen is going to come get them.  Molly doesn't beleive it, but it is kind of creepy.  But Heather proves Molly wrong when Helen comes for a visit.
My favorite character in his book is Molly.  I liked her because she doesn't give up.  For example, even though Michael and Molly's mom and stepdad don't beleive her when she tells them about Helen, she still tries to save Heather from getting killed and joining Helen in the pond she drowned in.
I would recommend ths book to kids 9-13.
